Excellent service and very good price. The person who attended us was attentive, smiling, diligent to solve what we required. Just one remark, a big brown man apparently manager should be more empathetic with those we turn to. He remained grim.

Hace unos días compré dos fajas post parto y una de ellas venía en talla reducida y no me lo informaron, no me la mostraron al entregarla ni me dejaron probarmela. Quise hacer el cambio porque ni si quiera me la pude poner y después de varios días de darme largas me dijeron de muy mala gana que no mr la iban a cambiar y no aceptaron su responsabilidad. Si no asesoran bien al cliente sobre las tallas colo voy a andar adivinando. Me robaron 500 pesos que pude haber gastado en otra cosa más importante
Terrible attention. I bought a maternity girdle a few months ago that came out defective and they reluctantly changed it. A few days ago I bought two postpartum girdles and one of them came in a reduced size and they did not inform me, they did not show it to me when it was delivered, nor did they let me try it on. I wanted to make the change because I couldn't even put it on and after several days of giving up, they told me very reluctantly that they weren't going to change it and they didn't accept their responsibility. If they don't advise the client well about the sizes, I'm going to be guessing. They stole 500 pesos from me that I could have spent on something else more important
