★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profesionalismo en recepción, solicitamos una cita ortopédica 6pm y nos mencionaron que el médico podría llegar tarde... esta bien lo aceptamos. Sin embargo después de una hora de espera resulta que el médico ya estaba atendiendo sin embargo aún faltaban 3 pacientes por atender, es decir si corría con suerte nos atendiria dos horas y media después de la cita programada... Se me hace un pésimo servicio por algo que estas pagando y no vas a pedir favores.
