★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de atención al cliente es nulo, igual que el seguimiento en entregas, para cobrar si son buenos, pero lo demás es nulo, hablas y no hay nadie que te solucione, por $50 pesos de ahorro por tonelada en cemento Moctezuma, Elijan otra empresa con mejor atención al cliente, y entregas a tiempo, mi vendedora fue Cristina Godoy de ahí pa’ abajo no se hacen uno. ??

Pedi material y me entregaron menos de la mitad de mi pedido, se acordó nueva fecha y horario para que entregaran el resto y después de medio día de esperarlos al marcarles resultó que no tenían en que entregarme el material y lo reprogranaron para la siguiente semana. De verdad que no tienen formalidad, son cero confiables.
Terrible service!!!! I asked for material and they delivered less than half of my order, a new date and time was agreed for them to deliver the rest and after half a day of waiting for them, when they marked them, it turned out that they did not have to deliver the material and they rescheduled it for the following week. They really have no formality, they are zero reliable.
