★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un pedido a domicilio, me mandaron algo diferente, pedí un platillo con pollo, porque soy alérgico al camarón, incluso en el contenedor de la comida está marcado “de pollo” y al comenzar a comerlo el platillo está repleto de camarón. Se me hincharon los labios al instante. Llame para informar lo sucedido y me atendieron de mal manera y que no podían hacer nada, les pedí un número que pudiese agregar para mandarles las fotos de lo que me habían entregado vs lo que pedí , les solicite me cambiaran el producto y se negaron a ambas cosas, le dije que si ellos no me lo iban a cambiar que yo me trasladaba al establecimiento para pedir mi reembolsó y me colgaron el teléfono. Aún tengo guardado tanto el comprobante y lo que me mandaron. Iré al establecimiento para pedir una disculpa y mi reembolso.
