The place is nice and the staff is friendly but they lack experience and training. I do not recommend the cut at all, especially if your hair is curly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trabajo es bueno, sin embargo, les falta atención al cliente, se tardan mucho en agendarte, no dan opciones de citas ni horarios, y al final dejan de responder por mensaje de whatsapp. Mi pareja me trató de agendar una cita y fue físicamente al lugar en Zakia y las señoritas de recepción (3) le hicieron caras, no le dieron opciones de tiempo o atención, y unos minutos después vimos a las mismas señoritas sin nada que hacer y algunas saliendo por café. Si no quieren atender, está bien, pero al menos que lo digan.
The work is good, however, they lack customer service, they take a long time to schedule you, they do not give appointment options or schedules, and in the end they stop responding to whatsapp messages. My partner tried to schedule an appointment for me and physically went to the place in Zakia and the reception ladies (3) made faces at him, they did not give him time or attention options, and a few minutes later we saw the same ladies with nothing to do and some going out for coffee. If they don't want to attend, that's fine, but at least they say so.
