★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a consulta normal y el guardia de la entrada muy groseramente nos mando a una habitación y que nos encierra diciendonos que esperaramos ahí con tono despota, estaba todo oscuro, salimos de ese cuarto porque ni nos dijeron nada y no venía nadie, y el recepcionista Hector Aguirre, tambien gritandonos que nos quedaramos en ese cuarto, hasta que a alguien se le ocurrió preguntar si eramos paciente Covid y pues no eramos, ibamos a consulta normal, así ya nos dejaron pasar, pero si así aislan a las personas con Covid, está muy mal y además ya nos expusieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de recepción para las pruebas gratuitas si no quieren hacerlas mejor decirlo y cobrar, la señorita que te toma los datos no tiene ningun tacto con la gente, uno va por que se siente mal no por gusto y para que te traten de esa manera y solo te dicen un horario y es esto hay que dar la información completa confirmo tal dia tal hora presentarse de tal manera etc por que hasta cara de te hacen!!!
No se si esta gente esta capacitada para estar en esta área pero horrible!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio realicé mi cita 8 días antes y hoy tuve que llamar para confirmarla no al revés. Dos horas antes me cambian la hora. Llego super puntual y me hacen esperar 45 minutos. La recepcionista muy grosera. Y el médico informal. Pésimo psiquiatra. No le importan los pasientes. No volvería a esa clínica nunca.
Terrible service I made my appointment 8 days before and today I had to call to confirm it, not the other way around. Two hours before they change my time. I arrive super punctually and they make me wait 45 minutes. Very rude receptionist. And the informal doctor. Terrible psychiatrist. He doesn't care about the patients. I would never go back to that clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato desde la recepcion, organizado el filtro de pase para toma de signos vitales , así como para la toma gratuita de covid , espacio amplio que están sanitizando constantemente! Todo el personal comprometido con su trabajo y con actitud de servicio , instalaciones super limpias , y de vanguardia , no cobran un peso y el proceso es muy rápido para obtener el resultado de prueba de covid. Para estacionar es mejor hacerlo por el área del llano, también llegar temprano ya que solo cuentan con un determinado número de pruebas .
