★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente compré en Palta 152 y definitivamente la peor calidad. La entrega de mi casa fue pésima, sin terminar y hasta excremento en los baños. La casa sucia y una cocina que pagué y no la instalaron.
Una verdadera pesadilla.
Unfortunately I bought from Palta 152 and definitely the worst quality. The delivery of my house was terrible, unfinished and even excrement in the bathrooms. The dirty house and a kitchen that I paid for and they didn't install.
A real nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos victimas de una estafa por parte de esta compañía, Tengo una muy mala experiencia con la construcción de mi casa en Merida por parte de esta empresa, llevamos mas de 5 meses en la casa y en ningún momento a estado habilitada en su totalidad, el 100% de la casa esta en proceso de arreglos, de piso a techo, la casa no responde a los planos que nos entregaron, tienen conexiones de aguas negras con aguas grises, no me la entregaron con materiales básicos como impermeabilización que venia estipulado en el contrato de compra venta, definitivamente me siento muy estafado dicen que están arreglando, pero cada vez es mas triste ver como en cada arreglo que hacen surgen otros 10 por la deplorable calidad de su construcción, ya queremos que nos regresen el dinero, además desafortunadamente no responden, ponen a una chica de atención a clientes que no da nada de soluciones.
