Very good and clean facilities, but they made us wait a long time, and when it was our turn, they gave the room to another couple who arrived after us, and we told them and they didn't care, they just told us the next one it is for you....

Pero me desagrada que te den explicaciones sin sentido, estaría genial que a las televisiones les pusieran el nombre de la habitación para conectar tu propio Spotify, que es algo que me gusta hacer, lo malo es que te aparecen muchas televisiones y andas cambiando la música a otros en las otras habitaciones jajajjaa. Tienen Menú de alimentos y entre ellos algunos Orientales como, gyosa y Ramen, pero el Ramen ES MENTIRA, ES UNA MARUCHAN EN BOWL y lo que más me molestó fue que dijeron-. Es que así lo manejamos nosotros- ??, pero obvio no me exalte y solo le dije que sería bueno que lo especificarán en el Menú, que me daba pena pero se lo iba a regresar. Afortunadamente aceptaron, un poco molesto el chico, y mejor cambie por un sándwich. Pero claro que lo recomiendo, y mejor lleven su comida y bebida, cerca hay un Walmart y bien pueden comprar cualquier cosa. O hay puestos de comida a los alrededores. The hotel is very nice and very comfortable. I like that it always has soooo hot water. The rooms are very clean and excellent. But I don't like that they give you pointless explanations, it would be great if they gave the televisions the name of the room to connect your own Spotify, which is something I like to do, the bad thing is that many televisions appear and you keep changing the music to others in the other rooms hahahaha. They have a food menu and among them some Oriental ones such as gyosa and Ramen, but Ramen IS A LIE, IT IS A MARUCHAN IN A BOWL and what bothered me the most was that they said-. That's how we handle it- ??, but obviously I didn't get excited and I just told him that it would be good if they specified it in the Menu, that I was sorry but I was going to return it to him. Fortunately, they accepted, the boy was a bit annoyed, and it was better to change for a sandwich. But of course I recommend it, and better bring your food and drinks, there is a Walmart nearby and you can buy anything. Or there are food stalls around.

El jacuzzi y los espejos y el sillón son interesantes, en la TV puedes ver Netflix, Prime y Disney plus, así como el servicio de cable. Es un buen lugar para estar con compañía. Excellent service and attention. The facilities are spacious, clean and the decoration is pleasing to the eye. It has very good food and it is not expensive. The jacuzzi and the mirrors and the armchair are interesting, on the TV you can watch Netflix, Prime and Disney plus, as well as the cable service. It is a good place to be with company.
