★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I stayed in my live and my worst experience in Mexiko. No hot water sometimes no water at all. Only a thin blanket. I ask for another one and I had to freeze for more than a week until they gave me a thinker one. (Coldest session) The pool was always dirty sometimes with cups inside. The huge amount of chlorine didn’t matter if they never cleaned the pool. Floor dirty. Room dirty. Entered in my room and moved my stuff without permission. Had a hole in the door they never fixed. Treated my guest unfriendly. Promised to fix all those things but never died. And finally they stole my money. Basically they were lying to me all the time. Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. ☝️
