Dr. Ricardo took a full hour what I can only assume is his crowded surgery schedule to attend to my very minor medical problem. As if this act of kindness wasn't enough, he was able to fit me in on the *same day* I called!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ricardo Andrade is kind, thoughtful, responsible, patient, and generous. I texted his practice's Whatsapp account with ear trouble and they made an appointment for me within 24 hours. When I arrived at the office, Dr. Andrade was kind and helpful. He saw me right away. He was thorough in his evaluation, generous in explaining to me what the issue was, and fixed the issue quickly. Furthermore, he offered to connect me to other healthcare providers in CDMX should I need any in the future. A superb experience. Highly recommend.

He is fluent in English, was very caring of my husband’s condition and was accommodating for our same-day visit. The procedure was quick and provided immediate relief with reasonable prices.
