Excelente servicio y profesionales, procuran un trato muy humano y amable, desde la recepción hasta el término de la consulta. Tuve la oportunidad de que atendieran a mi pequeño, son muy atentos y comprensivos para revisar a los niños. Muy bien ubicado, dentro de un buen hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, la primera vez que acudí me dijeron que se iban a demorar 15 minutos y les comenté que no había problema, pero se pasaron y me tuvieron esperando 45-60 mins.
Para mi segunda cita les comenté que si me podían esperar unos minutos (10-15) y me dijeron que no porque el Doctor Molina respeta tiempos. Les hice mención del día que me tuvieron esperando y aún así dijeron que NO que mil disculpas. ?
Si van a respetar los tiempos que sean parejos.
Terrible attention, the first time I went they told me that it was going to take 15 minutes and I told them that there was no problem, but they went too far and kept me waiting 45-60 minutes.
For my second appointment I told them that they could wait a few minutes (10-15) and they said no because Dr. Molina respects time. I mentioned to them the day they kept me waiting and they still said NO, a thousand apologies. ?
If they are going to respect the times that are even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr Gomez for over 2 years. When I arrived in CDMX, I had problems with adjusting to the altitude - tight chest, difficulty in breathing, etc. This was exacerbated by allergic rhinitis that sometimes morphs into a bronchial response. My UK doctor had not picked up on this despite repeated visits, but Dr Gomez immediately diagnosed me. I still have issues with allergies, but thanks to Dr Gomez my recovery times are much, much shorter. He is very thorough and professional and takes the time to understand his patients' overall state of health. His manner is very reassuring and he's exceptionally kind.
