★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandada a construir por Ernesto Pugibet, dueño de la fábrica de tabacos "El buen tono", en el mismo terreno que hoy forma parte del mercado de carnes exóticas de San Juan. Conserva el órgano original y bancas muy peculiares. Está dedicada a la Virgen de Guadalupe.
 Ordered built by Ernesto Pugibet, owner of the tobacco factory "good form" on the same land now part of exotic meat market of San Juan. It retains the original organ and pews peculiar. It is dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe.
