★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar te brinda un PÉSIMO servicio y permítanme evitarles el trago amargo que pasé por la nula formalidad y compromiso que se adjudica esta empresa. Si bien, te dicen que existe tal o cual promoción o regalo en la compra de cierto colchón, terminan por no respetarlo. Te tratan de convencer asegurando la venta y te prometen alguna regalía que con excusas y mentiras no te dan nada. Está claro que hay una falta de comunicación entre las trabajadoras porque te dicen una cosas y luego terminan haciendo otra. La vendedora llamada Claudia fue quien nos atendió y quien se contradijo en la promesa de darnos algunas almohadas en la compra de 4 colchones. Fue ahí que nos dimos cuenta de que poco importa el cliente si se logra consolidad una venta. Mi recomendación es que no compren en este lugar, no se dejen engañar y a la empresa bien le convendría que capacite bien a su personal, porque son el claro reflejo de su imagen que, por su puesto, si sigue con estas actitudes quedará por los suelos.

They try to convince you by securing the sale and they promise you a royalty that with excuses and lies they give you nothing. It is clear that there is a lack of communication between the workers because they tell you one thing and then end up doing another. The saleswoman named Claudia was the one who attended us and who contradicted herself in the promise to give us some pillows in the purchase of 4 mattresses. It was there that we realized that the customer matters little if a sale is achieved. My recommendation is that you do not buy in this place, do not be fooled and it would be good for the company to train its staff well, because they are a clear reflection of its image that, of course, if it continues with these attitudes it will fall to the ground .
