Este lugar te da de 6 a 8 meses. Por productos de exhibición.
Los primeros días te pueden cambiar el producto si falla
Después solo mandan al técnico por reparación.
Cobran la entrega depende la distancia y casi nunca es el mismo día.
El personal amable en general del 1 al 10 7.9 en mi opinión.
Veremos que tal funciona lo que compramos hoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos no son nuevos, si, te dan garantía por que los productos se descomponen y cuando pides que hagan efectiva la garantía se hacen los que la Virgen les habla, en realidad es echar tu dinero a la basura, por ahorrarte unos pesos, es mejor comprar uno nuevo de una tienda de reconocimiento.

Los productos no son nuevos y las garantías que dicen tener tampoco, yo compré una lavadora y se la llevaron regresandola después con el mismo problema, no la querían probar, lo hicieron y después dejo de funcionar, no contestan los teléfonos, nunca te dicen cuando se presenta el técnico y cuando se presenta te comenta que ya se encuentra fuera de tu domicilio en un horario que no es correcto aproximadamente 22:00 hrs

Compré una lavadora el día viernes 7 de enero me la entregaron el miércoles 12 ayer jueves 13 fui a hacer válida mi garantía ( la lavadora no sirve) la cula me dijeron que era directo con ellos y resulta que no es así que tienen que mandar un reporte a un lugar el cual nisiquiera me supieron explicar para poder hacer válida la garantía también me dijeron que hoy 13 vendría el técnico a mi domicilio y nada me quiero comunicar con ellos y el teléfono suena ocupado. También cabe mencionar que el mismo día que fui a hacer válida mi garantía otra persona llegó con el mismo problema esa persona ya se veía muy molesta pues ya la hicieron dar muchas vueltas y no le resuelven nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a preguntar por una lavadora, el personal mal encarado, tienen publicidad de que aceptan pagos a meses sin interés y resulta que no es verdad, cobran comisión por pagar con tarjeta y cobran hasta por ir a dejar lo que compras, el costo mínimo es de 350.00 el viaje en la colonia, muy pésima experiencia. Resulto mejor comprar en el Chedrahui Ánfora.
