★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, compre tres lavadoras y fallaron a los 5 días y para las garantías hay que ir hasta la tienda... llevar copia del recibo de compra y esperar a que agenden al tecnico. En dos meses las repararon entre dos y tres veces, es engorroso ya no las ocupó mala inversión y pedida de tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene buenos muebles, está surtido, la atención es buena pero la entrega a domicilio tarda un poco, te dejan tus muebles en planta baja (así que si vives de un 1er piso hacia arriba no te conviene). Es mejor contratar un flete aparte puesto que te cobran más o menos lo mismo y suben tus muebles hasta tu departamento.

Al comprar te juran que aunque sea el de exhibición funciona y te dicen que el producto lleva garantía y, ya que pagas, atrás del ticket dice que no hay cambios de mercancía ni devolución de efectivo. El aparato que compré falló a los pocos días y llevo semanas esperando a que supuestamente me lo reparen cuando es de primera necesidad. Llamo y me dicen que está en servicio y que ellos me devuelven la llamada, o de plano no me contestan, cuando en el ticket dice que el servicio tarda de 1 a 5 días hábiles. Pero eso sí: mucho discurso de venta y supuesta atención. Sinvergüenzas. Voy a ir a la profeco. Fraude!!!
