★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo venden, artículos descontinuados y refacciones pero los precios de las refacciones son altos, consegui unas mangueras para una mezcladora de lavabo ya descontinuada en ferrebaños mas baratas que ahí en el outlet Helvex, en general las refacciones son mas caras que en ferreterias
They only sell discontinued items and spare parts but the prices of spare parts are high, I got some hoses for a now discontinued sink mixer in ferrebaños cheaper than there in the Helvex outlet, in general the parts are more expensive than in hardware stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, atención personalizada, explican porque es outlet, el único detalle y comprensible es el tiempo de espera para el acceso ....... como dicen se tardan un poco más de la cuenta, yo en lo personal a lo que voy, ..... voy a comprar y no a hacer amigos !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son cordiales y muy atentos. Las medidas de seguridad muy buenas (solo permiten la entrada a una o dos personas por turno) en estos tiempos de pandemia. Encuentras todo lo relacionado a productos y refacciones HELVEX.
They are friendly and very attentive. Very good security measures (only allow one or two people per shift) in these times of pandemic. You find everything related to HELVEX products and spare parts.
