★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi coche a cambiar una llanta, por el daño que tenía la grúa lo dejo en frente y ahí me hicieron el servicio (en ningún momento me dijeron que no se podía y que por hacerlo fuera ya no se responsabilizarían de nada).
Cuando metieron el gato le doblaron el estribo y el personal de recepción me dijo que yo me tendría que arreglar directamente con el empleado del establecimiento y que ellos no se harían responsables porque el auto se trabajo afuera.
1. Ustedes aceptaron trabajarlo ahí.
2. El personal era de ustedes y ustedes lo mandaron a cambiar ahi.
Pésimo servicio nunca vuelvo y haré lo pertinente con las instancias necesarias para darle soluciona este tema
