★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer no quisieron mostrar mi reseña en la pagina web, compre: ESCRITORIO SPINOZA - NEGRO, buen mueble, escuche que son algo frágiles y difíciles de armar pero este escritorio al ser de pocas piezas es bastante solido aunque se necesitan apretar mucho los tornillos para que no hagan ruido las tablas de los lados, si pudiera probablemente compraría el de color mas claro, al acabado negro se le marcan mucho las huellas de los dedos, el embalado podría ser mejor, una tabla llego dañada pero al ser de la parte de atrás del escritorio no me importo mucho, tardo alrededor de 3 semanas en llegar después del pedido. en fin por los 3400 pesos que pague no esta mal por el tamaño que tiene.

Anyway, for the 3400 pesos that I pay, it is not bad for the size it has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo… mi mama compró este sofá hace 11 meses, vaya porquería, el relleno creo que es de papel, no aguanta nada, ya entiendo porque lo bajaron del catálogo el modelo. Se deshace casi sin usarlo, es inaceptable que un sillón tenga una vida útil de pocos meses por que tampoco los regalan. Eso sí los bancos made in china aguantaron más. Una pena de ´mueblería´. Estaba fregado de una esquina pero no fueron los de la paquetería porque esa esquina estaba con cartón así que fueron ahí en la fábrica donde lo hicieron que lo fregaron. Pero bueno todo lo demás muy bien, me gustó mucho , es un poco resbaloso de las patitas pero solo tener cuidado al sentarse y ya.
Hello, I bought an armchair on December 17 and on January 3 I already had it. It was scrubbing a corner but it wasn't the ones from the parcel because that corner was made of cardboard so they went there in the factory where they did it and they scrubbed it. But hey, everything else is very good, I liked it a lot, it's a bit slippery from the legs but just be careful when sitting down and that's it.

Envié un correo y es fecha que no me han contactado, ni para disculparse. No vuelvo a comprar y no los recomiendo. No tienen actitud de servicio, cero seguimiento a las quejas y horrible experiencia. Para eso fui a la tienda para asegurarme de que cubrieran mis necesidades, de otro modo compro en otro lado donde si lo hicieran, con tal de vender a todos si y después todo mal. ?

Al momento de ver su catálogo en línea no te ponen foto de la parte de atrás.
Cual es la sorpresa que no tiene recubrimiento de formíca y te obliga a pegarlo sobre la pared.
Pensaba comprar otros muebles, pero ahora siento desconfianza en la calidad que venden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were prepared to buy multiple items from this place, many thousands of pesos... but they were not honest with us about their policies or their process. Multiple problems with them, and bad attitude with one staff member at the Condesa store.
We did buy a couple of items but reconsidered buying chairs and sofas because quality of the furniture is not great. Look at some of the horror stories. They have a lot of good reviews because they give you a discount in the store if you write a positive google review.
Read the reviews carefully. Buyer beware.
