★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los días sábados la farmacia está muy saturada. Tiempo de espera 3 horas o más. Debes revisar que tus recetas médicas tengan: diagnóstico, dirección del paciente, la dosificación debe decir cuántas tomas al día y por cuántos días. De lo contrario no te surtirán la medicina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sistema de citas es pésimo, algunos doctores llegan tarde. Para que te canalicen con un especialista es extremadamente complicado al igual que para que te programen y realicen estudios. Falta mejorar en atención por parte de los doctores, las enfermeras son muy amables y atentas!

Por otro lado los teléfonos nunca los contestan pésimo servicio, solo les recuerdo que gracias a nuestras aportaciones a ustedes les están pagando su sueldo y lo menos que pueden hacer es ser excelentes servidores públicos

On the other hand, the phones never answer them, terrible service, I just remind you that thanks to our contributions you are paying your salary and the least you can do is be excellent public servants

Citas tanto para medicina general como pediatría se sacan en teoria a las 7:00 am, sin embargo, la fila comienza en ocasiones a las 5:00 am.
Attention is good.
Appointments for both general medicine and pediatrics are theoretically taken at 7:00 am, however, the line sometimes starts at 5:00 am.
