I HAVE REQUESTED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS A PEDIATRIC APPOINTMENT AND THEY ARRANGE VERY FORMALLY TO GIVE ME A SPACE AND CALL ME AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE CLINIC TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON. AND IT IS NOT FAIR!!
