★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general todos los controles son groseras en especial el b y c turno matutino, ya suficiente tienen los pacientes con sus enfermedades para también tener que aguantar sus malas caras de esas nefastas señoras y en el turno de la tarde en control central en vez de ponerse a trabajar en tiempo y forma les importa más estar con sus llamadas telefónicas, en el control 2c ni siquiera esta la encargada de ahí.
Eso si los únicos que si felicito es a una de las chicas del control 1c matutino, es una chica medio blanquita ya que trata super bien a todas las personas y busca la forma de ayudarlas, también a todos los médicos de otorrino ya que te tratan de una manera profesional y te revisan super bien, aunque para las historias clínicas tarden bastante en pasarte.

No vayan a consulta si no es para atender Covid ya que alguien como un enfermo del corazón o con problenas respiratorios lo pondrán en un cuarto con enfermos de Covid-19 y si llega a contagiarse encima le hecharan la culpa diciendo que desde casa estaba contagiado, aunque el paciente tome todas sus precauciones y no salga de casa e incluso salio negativo antes de entrar al hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo de siempre.. Mala atención del personal de los controles, en particular el 2F matutino.. La espera de cada vez que uno viene, horas... Y para el poquito tiempo que le dedican a la consulta.
De verdad sé que no se dan abasto pero sería diferente si hubiera mejor atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO le veo caso que haya oficiales en la entrada del edificio y revisando carnets... Como si uno quisiera venir a perder tiempo o a pasear en este lugar. ¡Que patético!
Mejor pongan orden en las consultas, tengan más personal médico, pongan un buen sistema que ayude a que los médicos a checar el historial médico del paciente, arreglen las escaleras eléctricas que tienen meses que no funcionan, arreglen los elevadores, que sean rápidos ya que siempre van llenos y son lentos, la mayoría de las personas que ocupan son de la tercera edad.
¡Hagan algo productivo y no entorpezcan el servicio!

Pero después atendieron otras chicas y muy amables, cuando fui a mi consulta llegué tarde por un tráfico que nos agarro pero el doctor fue muy amable y nos hizo un espacio para atendernos ⊂(・▽・⊂)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se ni entiendo como sea el manejo de retiro de puntos, ni las consultas ya que son 4 consultorios diferentes y atienden para lo mismo. Te piden llegar a una hora y te atienden mucho después a fin de cuentas seguro. Deberían de tener más coordinación.
Por cierto para la CONSULTA EXTERNA es por la puerta 6
