★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at an Outsite and probably wouldn’t stay here again.
The good:
- decent location
- rooms are generally ok
- coffee shop downstairs
- nice people that are staying here/the community
The bad:
- Wi-Fi in the rooms is pretty bad, can’t really use it for video calls so if you’re planning on working here I’d look elsewhere. There is only one conference room to take calls in and it’s almost always occupied.
- my room is in the middle of the building and has zero ventilation. The only window is into the hallway which is pretty noisy and mosquitos fly in all the time.
- day 5 of my stay and nobody has come to clean the room, or turn it over. Not sure if I’m supposed to do it or where to take trash so I’ve just been taking it to the kitchen. There’s a washing machine so I guess I’m supposed to do the sheets and towels. I’ve seen rooms being cleaned but not sure how to get them to come to mine since there’s nobody here to talk to. I’ve sent a message to the community host so we’ll see if that helps.
