★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes productos para tan mal servicio. Entiendo que deben tener mucha gente que les escribe pero si no pueden con tanto, contraten a más personas para contestar. La atención al cliente es verdaderamente pésima y es una lástima porque sacan cosas muy padres. :( ojalá en algún momento esto mejore.
Excellent products for such bad service. I understand that they must have a lot of people who write to them but if they can't handle that much, hire more people to answer. The customer service is really lousy and it's a shame because they get really cool things. :( hopefully at some point this improves.

Les había comprado 150 chamarras con anterioridad y me atendieron bien, que lástima que se guíen por el número de pedido para ser amables.
Bad service on WhatsApp, the first time I sent a message, they took days to answer, curtly, and then they stopped answering me.
I had previously bought 150 jackets from them and they treated me well, what a pity that they go by the order number to be kind.

Lo único que me desgusto mucho es la atención al cliente, pues te atienden de mala gana, de plano sin querer vender.
En ocasiones cuando les piden una talla específicamente dicen que no lo tienen por qué les da pereza para checar su mercancía.
Pero la ropa muy bien.
Most of the products are nice and acceptable.
The only thing that I really dislike is customer service, because they serve you reluctantly, without wanting to sell.
Sometimes when they ask for a size specifically they say that they don't have it because they are lazy to check their merchandise.
But the clothes very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una tienda falsa, realice un deposito el 4 de diciembre del 2021 y al día de hoy 17 de enero 2022 no he recibido nada, se co. Ubicaron y todos los días dicen que mi paquete saldrá al día siguiente y nada, ya di por perdido mi dinero no fue mucho peor al final me robaron.
A fake store, I made a deposit on December 4, 2021 and as of today January 17, 2022 I have not received anything, I know. They located and every day they say that my package will leave the next day and nothing, I already gave up my money was not much worse in the end they stole me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de las prendas es muy buena y por el precio es realmente una gran opción de compra. Me esperaba encontrar con algo de gente pero realmente venden mucho, así que ve preparado para esperar por tu turno para poder comprar. Muy recomendable.
The quality of the garments is very good and for the price it is really a great purchase option. I expected to find some people but they really sell a lot, so be prepared to wait for your turn to buy. Highly recommended.
