Llevo 2 semanas contactando a quien fue mi vendedor y asesor para la compra y aplicacion del producto , el Sr. Lugo y no es para darme una respuesta. Seguimos todas las indicaciones del producto para la aplicación, nos volvimos expertos en el material..entregamos la obra y al mes empiezo a recibir llamadas de mi cliente porque el material se ha empezado a despegar en varias zonas, incluso me recomendaron usarlo en una terraza exterior y todo se rompió en burbujas. Creí en una empresa mexicana y quise apoyarlos pero me dejaron tirado y con un gran problema con mi cliente. Hay otros microcementos más caros pero son garantía, llevan una malla de refuerzo. Pero el MICRO PISO de Oxicreto no sirve! No compren, pongo las fotos.... Y mis notas de compra...
Al día de hoy SIGO SIN UNA RESPUESTA O atención al problema al igual de como me atendieron para vender su producto. CUIDADO!!!
Terrible service and a hoax product. I have been contacting the person who was my seller and advisor for the purchase and application of the product, Mr. Lugo for 2 weeks and it is not to give me an answer. We follow all the instructions of the product for the application, we became experts in the material ... we deliver the work and a month later I start receiving calls from my client because the material has started to peel off in various areas, they even recommended using it on a terrace outside and everything broke into bubbles. I believed in a Mexican company and wanted to support them but they left me stranded and with a big problem with my client. There are other more expensive microcements but they are guaranteed, they have a reinforcing mesh. But the MICRO FLOOR of Oxicreto does not work! Do not buy, I put the photos ... And my purchase notes ...
To this day I STILL WITHOUT AN ANSWER OR attention to the problem as well as how they treated me to sell their product. WATCH OUT!!!
