Hoy me demostraron que son iguales o peores que todos los demás. La actitud de las personas de servicio al cliente es terriblemente majadera. Se entiende que la rebatinga actual es tremenda y hay que buscar al mejor postor, pero hay formas y formas de hacer las cosas. Eso sin contar con que un día, hace unos meses, querían recoger un tanque que había devuelto meses atrás, y uno que jamás había estado en mi poder! La contingencia va a terminar, dejarán de tener muchos clientes cautivos, y algunos anteriores no van a regresar. For months I recommended them as the most decent service in town, albeit with a serious administrative mess. Today they showed me that they are equal to or worse than everyone else. The attitude of the customer service people is insanely silly. It is understood that the current rebatinga is tremendous and you have to look for the highest bidder, but there are ways and means of doing things. Not to mention that one day, a few months ago, they wanted to collect a tank that I had returned months ago, and one that had never been in my possession! The contingency is going to end, they will stop having many captive clients, and some old ones will not return.

Rellene mi tanque. Personal muy amable. Gracias The hours you mention are not correct although I am extremely grateful that it is open on weekends for at least half a day. Fill my tank. NO lo recomiendo para nada, busquen mas opciones. el jefe de la sucursal es muy grosero y al altanero una persona sin educación. NO HAY MEDIDAS SANITARIAS COVID. * Terrible service, very bad treatment, they deceive you, physically and verbally attack you, they do not give you the answer you expect. I do NOT recommend it at all, look for more options. the head of the branch is very rude and the haughty person an uneducated person. * NO SANITARY MEASURES COVID.
A	Arturo Alejandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ayudaron muchísimo, solucionaron todas mis dudas y ademas me explicaron bien sobre cómo manipular el equipo y lo mejor fue que me atendieron en la madrugada por que tienen servicio de 24hrs Super recomendado. :) They helped me a lot, they solved all my doubts and also explained to me well how to handle the equipment and the best thing was that they attended me at dawn because they have 24-hour service Super recommended. :)
I	Itzcoatl Orozco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te rentan nada si no les dejas el depósito, pero cuando entregas las rentas no te devuelven el depósito al momento sino que te dan una cita de 4 a 8 días después para que pases a recoger un cheque que después tendrás que ir a hacer efectivo... Completamente sin sentido, me daban ganas de retenerles el equipo hasta que me reembolsaran They don't rent you anything if you don't leave the deposit, but when you deliver the rents they don't return the deposit at the moment but they give you an appointment 4 to 8 days later to pick up a check that you will then have to go to make cash ... Completely pointless, it made me want to hold onto the equipment until they reimbursed me

Solo hable para preguntar si el nombre en el cheque estaba bien escrito y no dar la vuelta en vano. Everything was going very well, until it occurred to me to speak to collect my deposit. The girl who attended me was super rude. Just speak up to ask if the name on the check was spelled correctly and not turn around in vain.
