★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I called to order an oxygen concentrator to rent. I have Covid and my oxygen level fell alarmingly low. I struggled with my Spanish, but the lady understood what and where to bring this device.
After about an hour, I asked my wife, a native Spanish speaker to call to follow up on delivery. The woman said they’re very busy and couldn’t say when they would deliver. She became aggressive and defensive and shouted that she would cancel the order and then hung up.
