Porque casualmente el señor que está atendiendo actualmente NUNCA le sirve el sistema, le pregunté amablemente si el sabía porque era el problema ya que saliendo de ahy voy a otro Oxxo y puedo hacerlos sin problema, el señor muy grosero me respondió que el no sabe manejar esa @#=/ ultizando varias malas palabras para referirse al monitor y decirme en pocas palabras que le pasará la mercancía a cobrar de manera grosera tomo los productos casi casi golpeándolos en el mostrador y cobro Entiendo sino se le a capacitado, entiendo que aveces el personal que atiende en los Oxxo son personas normalmente cercanas a la zona del mismo, este está en una zona de nivel medio, entiendo que quizás a sido una jornada difícil para el. Lo que no entiendo es porque si un cliente de manera correcta le pide un servicio, paga por el, le respeta como encargado del mismo, porque esta persona cruza la línea y se cree con derecho de ser déspota,grosero,inrresponsable con su empleo, no creo que el consecionario este de acuerdo con este tipo de servicios, tenemos instancias dónde como consumidor podemos ir y mostrar nuestra inconformidad, todos somos consumidores y otros más dueños de negocios y lo que esperamos es un buen servicio y que nuestros negocios sean prósperos. Afortunadamente Oxxo hay muchos y hoy el Oxxo de granito, paseos del pedregal perdió uno. Yo no les represento gran perdida el Oxxo vende por si solo. Entiendo que no les paguen bien a los que trabajen ahí, pero sino están contentos con su empleo, pues que busquen otras opciones. Terrible service!!
