★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a comprar unas pastillas Halls, quise pagar con un billete de $200 y la cajera afirmó que no tenía cambio, cuando en realidad sí tenía (una bolsa llena de monedas y un folder lleno de billetes de $50), yo los había visto porque intenté pagar en la otra caja y me dijeron lo mismo: no había cambio. El tema real es que los empleados piensan que uno quiere cambiar monedas, incluso la empleada que me negó la compra (Victoria Hernández) me dijo textualmente: "aquí no es banco". ¿Qué clase de servicio ofrecen? ¿los clientes no podemos comprar nada si no traemos cambio? ¿cuánto representa en cifra de negocios estas negaciones en compras? ¿entonces por qué ofrecen productos pequeños si no se pueden comprar con efectivo? etc, etc. En resumen, me negaron la compra los empleados (porque –en sus ratos libres– no quieren hacer su trabajo de ir a una sucursal bancaria a cambiar monedas) ... y Oxxo termina perdiendo una venta, por mínima que sea, que a nivel nacional seguro representa millones en ventas y utilidad. Lástima.
