It is passing through Toyocan but like most oxxo stores in Guadalajara Jalisco and all of Toluca de Lerdo there are never saldazo cards or they are denied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, siempre que voy el personal es nefasto empezando por el encargado de nombre Héctor que es altanero, grosero, y aparte de todo atiende con una jeta que si de verdad no le gusta su chamba mejor que renuncie, otro de nombre José Fabián que debe ser su pariente es todo lo que mencioné pero este es ladino y ladrón se encierra antes de las 8 para poder cobrar de más le pide uno el ticket de compra y no lo da y todavía se molesta además que me di cuenta que vende cigarros sueltos y eso en esta cadena de tiendas NO debería de ser. CADENA COMERCIAL OXXO por favor especial atención a esto ya que también el horario de apertura es incorrecto es mi paso diario a mi negocio dice que abren a las 6:00 a.m y son las 7:20 y apenas va llegando la Señora que ahí labora en la mañana. Por mi ni una estrella le daba. P E S I M O todo empezando por el personal y la existencia de productos nunca hay nada y para rematar en las opiniones los mismos empleados se ponen en las reseñas "excelente servicio y atención" y solo responden a las excelentes calificaciones tremendo descaro!!!!!!!
Terrible service, whenever I go the staff is nefarious starting with the manager named Héctor who is haughty, rude, and apart from all he attends with a face that if he really doesn't like his job, better quit, another named José Fabián who It must be his relative is all I mentioned but this is a ladino and a thief, he locks himself up before 8 o'clock to be able to overcharge him, one asks for the purchase receipt and he does not give it and he is still upset, besides that I realized that he sells loose cigars and that in this chain of stores should NOT be. OXXO COMMERCIAL CHAIN Please pay special attention to this since the opening hours are also incorrect, it is my daily step to my business, it says that they open at 6:00 am and it is 7:20 and the Lady who works there is barely arriving the morning. For me not a star gave him. P E S I M O everything starting with the staff and the existence of products there is never anything and to top it off in the opinions the same employees put in the reviews "excellent service and attention" and only respond to the excellent ratings, tremendous impudence !!!!!!!
