★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El turno de la noche es pésimo el servicio, aparte de tenerte mucho tiempo parado en la calle, me cancelaron un ticket de pago con tarjeta sin siquiera explicar porqué y ya pasaron 3 días y aún no se refleja la devolución, y es la segunda ocasión que comprar en la madrugada es una pesadilla. Fui a quejarme en el día y la disque encargada que aparte de ser grosera, ni me hizo caso y sólo me dijo que me quejara con la persona que me atendió, pero hasta la policía me llamó porque le reclamé la cancelación. En resumen no es la cantidad (158), es la prepotencia de los empleados que en verdad parece que nos hacen el favor con vendernos. Espero que algún día alguien los ponga en su lugar, ya que ni el nombre me quisieron dar.
The night shift service is terrible, apart from having you standing on the street for a long time, they canceled a card payment ticket without even explaining why and 3 days have passed and the refund is still not reflected, and it is the second time that shopping at dawn is a nightmare. I went to complain on the day and the person in charge, apart from being rude, did not pay attention to me and only told me to complain to the person who attended me, but even the police called me because I demanded the cancellation. In short, it is not the quantity (158), it is the arrogance of the employees who really seem to be doing us the favor by selling us. I hope that one day someone will put them in their place, since they didn't even want to give me the name.
