★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los Oxxo siempre son lo peor, en servicio y todo. Uno va por necesidad o cercanía. No se si están amargados per se o los amargan al contratarlos.
The Oxxo are always the worst, in service and all. One goes out of need or closeness. I do not know if they are bitter per se or bitter when hiring them.

La primera vez el cajero estaba hablando por teléfono con un lenguaje muy vulgar y molesto y la segunda vez el tipo que estaba con el cajero me empezó a molestar, fue muy hostigante
The Oxxo is very good, but what is not good are the ATMs, I do not live there but it happened because I went there and between two times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oxxo tus empleados del día 12 de octubre a las 20:30 h, una mujer y un hombre, ambos se mostraron agresivos, déspotas, y mal hablantes con uno de sus clientes por hacerles el comentario que es anti higiénico poner el bote de basura junto a los alimentos, deberían poner más atención al tipo de gente a la que le dan empleo, como clientes merecemos respeto y productos limpios, y sus empleados son el reflejo de su franquicia en calle Cozumel y Colima, Condesa. Espero tomen medidas con ambos empleados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que está en el turno de la noche los jueves es un encanto. Llevaba días tratando de hacer una transacción y la señorita que estuvo otro día me dijo que no había sistema. Su compañero se hizo el desentendido de lo que pedía. Realmente debería haber más empleados como ella, siempre serviciales y con ganas de hacer su trabajo.
The lady who is on the Thursday night shift is a sweetheart. I had been trying to make a transaction for days and the lady who was there another day told me that there was no system. His partner ignored what he was asking for. There really should be more employees like her, always helpful and eager to do their jobs.
