The Staff very rude and they keep you waiting a lot

Group of pump attendants in on sleight of hand trick with banknotes claiming you gave less than reality. Quite threatening until you mention getting the Police. They also made a great play on showing me the pump reset to zero before pumping. The fact that this gas was then twice as expensive as gas elsewhere a few days later was also very suspicious My advice to tourists.... avoid.

Son ladrones. The employees are thieves and corrupt. The employees that fill your cars will try to take your money multiple times per visit. They don’t zero the fuel meter before filling, they charge your card and then say their machine is broken, and they try to convince you that you didn’t give them the correct bill. Beware and take your business elsewhere.

The store wasn’t properly stocked (lots of empty shelves) and staff was too busy ringing up people (10+ people waiting to check out). When I finally got to the front to pay, turns out they didn’t have any bags so had to carry my 10+ items all by hand. Wouldn’t have bought that much stuff had I known beforehand, and the staff wasn’t even polite given the whole situation.

Gas station with beer, snacks, water, prepackaged sandwiches. The lines are because of distancing due to some weird thing called 'covid'- so yes there is someone who makes sure the store isn't crowded. Employees are efficient, reliable, and friendly if you just smile and say hi.

Probably the worst OXXO in all of Mexico. Out of stock of everything or they don't even carry items that are normally carried at other stores. No premade sandwiches, hot dogs, no Yoplait yogurts, no beer coolers etc. Tried paying for something with a 200 pesos bill and the clerk looked at me like i was crazy and said that she didn't have change. What kind of convenience store doesn't have change for what amounts to less than $10 USD. If you went into a corporate owned convenience store in the USA and paid with a $10 bill and were told by the clerk they didn't have change and to pound sand the customer would laugh in your face and probably never come back to your store. When you have a business it's the business and CLERK responsibility to always have sufficient change (bills of all sizes and coins) in the register AT ALL TIMES for that very reason, to give change to your customers that buy things. It's not rocket science and it's not the customers responsibility to pay for items in the exact amount especially at a large corporate chain store like OXXO.

Do not fill your car with gas from this station. They are scammers and will swap your money with lower currency to get you to pay them multiple times.
