★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor de todo Cancun. Los empleados son groseros, les haces preguntas sobre los productos y contestan de mala gana. Ni siquiera la que parece ser una “supervisora “ da buena cara, en una ocasión le pregunte sobre una de las máquinas y tuve que insistir casi 4 veces para que se dignara a voltear a verme para responder. Ojalá el dueño de esta sucursal lea esto ya que a mi parecer tiene personal de sobra pues muchas veces se dedican solo a perder el tiempo. Ayer cerraron por 20 minutos porque todos estaban muy entretenidos fumando en la puerta de entrada.
The worst in all of Cancun. The employees are rude, you ask them questions about the products and they answer reluctantly. Not even the one who seems to be a “supervisor” looks good. I once asked her about one of the machines and I had to insist almost 4 times for her to deign to turn to see me to answer. Hopefully the owner of this branch reads this since in my opinion they have plenty of staff because many times they just waste time. Yesterday they closed for 20 minutes because everyone was very entertained smoking at the front door.
