R	Raul Serrato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena tarde señores lectores de las redes sociales con todo respeto les daré mi punto de vista y mi experiencia sobre este tema de las tiendas Oxxo para el público en general al cual les quiero decir que para mí en lo personal dichas tiendas son un vil desastre muy desorganizada y un pésimo servicio incapaz de poder ayudar a un cliente sobre un problema o error se puede decir que ellos mismos propiciaron verán ustedes yo Raúl serrato su servidor el día 25 de junio del año en curso me presenté a una tienda de servicio Oxxo que está ubicada en la esquina de la calle Donato bravo y que está frente al viejo hotel chula vista donde solicite hacer un envío de dinero a la ciudad de Uruapan y aún conservo el ticket que me dieron y mi inconformidad y disgusto por el pésimo servicio y que aún estoy muy molesto por eso es por que hasta la fecha no le an entregado el dinero a la persona a quién iba destinado dicho dinero la trajeron dando vueltas y vueltas del Oxxo al banco y hasta la fecha no le an entregado ni un centavo y creo que ni de lo darán y no an sido capaces de resolverle el problema a dicha persona, fui yo a reclamar ese dinero y cuál fue mi sorpresa que tampoco a mí me quisieron regresar el dinero, hasta ahorita no logro entender el porqué cual es el motivo por el cual no le entregaron el dinero a su destinatario y ni a mí me lo an querido regresar no entiendo su actitud de prepotencia y su proceder la de las personas encargadas de dichas tiendas o de quién resulte responsable de esté hecho al cual yo le llamo fraude no sé cómo lo conozcan ustedes pero para el caso lo mismo da es por eso que he decidido interponer una demanda por este caso reprobable que me ha sucedido y que por lo que veo y entiendo Oxxo no tiene la más mínima intención de regresarme mi dinero o ayudarme u orientarme sobre que debo hacer para recuperar mi dinero yo no veo por ningún lado la intención y amabilidad de resolver y aclarar este asunto por lo tanto no les importa conservar su prestigio y que por unos cuantos pesos su imagen y reputación se verá manchada por este caso y dios sabe cuantos más casos como este existan y otros tantos que no se reportaron y muchos de ellos quedan impunes y Oxxo se sale con la suya pero este caso no creo ni que quede impune ni que Oxxo se salga con la suya porque si es posible iré a hasta donde tenga que ir y pelearé hasta las últimas consecuencias y no por la cantidad de dinero la mísera cantidad de 300 pesos si no por el abuso que se comete contra gente que trabaja para ganarse el sustento de su familia y para que Oxxo no siga cometiendo este tipo de atropellos contra la ciudadanía estas son mis palabras en mi humilde opinión mil disculpas si mis palabras ofenden no es mi intención muchas gracias saludos cordiales y bendiciones para todos hasta entonces. Yo en lo personal no le doy ni media estrella mucho menos una de plano nada le doy por el pésimo servicio y el abuso y atropello que se a cometido a mi persona.☝️??
