Para que firman convenios de colaboración si jamás los cumplen.
Terrible service, they do not want to deliver Money gram, if you want to collect a money order they never have a system, check for yourself that Oxxo never wants to make Money gram money orders valid.
So that they sign collaboration agreements if they never fulfill them.
