★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle cero estrellas lo haría pésimo servicio ... Siempre con caras y despotas no te dejan cambiar algún producto ni por algo de mayor costo dicen que una vez que lo marcaron te lo tienes que llevar quieras o no y no entregan tiket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente aveces es pésima. Hay que agarrar a las cajeras de buen humor. Vi como los clientes se iban masiva mente porque dijeron no tener cambio y no siquiera lo dicen de forma amable. Largas filas de espera. En cuanto a surtido usualmente tienen lo que hay en cualquier OXXO.
Customer service is sometimes lousy. You have to grab the cashiers in a good mood. I saw how the clients left massively because they said they had no change and they didn't even say it in a friendly way. Long waiting lines. As for assortment they usually have what is in any OXXO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es malo, siempre con malas caras, tanto el gefe como los empleados no usan o usan mal el cubrebocas, no le exigen a la clientela ponerse cubrebocas ,lo que convierte a este oxxo en un potencial nido de contagios. Ojalá cambien o lo quiten.
