★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno entiende el posible estrés actual pero ya es la cuarta vez que la actitud y el servicio por parte de la supuesta encargada es pésimo mejor ni entrar y es la última ocasión que voy a esa sucursal.
One understands the possible current stress, but it is the fourth time that the attitude and service of the supposed manager is lousy, or better to enter, and it is the last time I go to that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un señor por no decir, pasado de tamales, que no hace nadaaaa, es super irrespetuoso con los clientes, ni ayuda y si le pides ayuda te ofende, es un muy mal servicio neta muy malo, es el Oxxo más cercano a mi casa pero la verdad por caminar 5 pasos prefiero ir a la tienda de al lado y de paso apoyamos a la economía local
No regreso hasta que cambien al tipo este
There is a gentleman not to say, past tamales, who does not do anything, is super disrespectful to customers, or help and if you ask for help offends you, it is a very bad service very bad net, is the Oxxo closest to my house but the truth of walking 5 steps I prefer to go to the store next door and step by step support the local economy
I do not return until they change to this guy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados son muy groseros e inútiles, más una señora morena y muy corpulenta, se cree la dueña y te niega los servicios. El servicio es basura.
The employees are very rude and useless, plus a dark and very large lady, she thinks she is the owner and denies you services. The service is rubbish.
