★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el día de hoy 19.30 horas al ir a pagar en la caja uno de los empleados al que le comente que el producto que paso estaba en promoción de manera grosera me dijo: pues no siempre lo que dice en los letreros es correcto. Y fue cuando le dije entonces quieten la publicidad de la promoción y me contestesto pues quitela ud y le pregunte que dijiste??? Y me repitió que la quite uds. Aclaro que nunca me había pasado esto en este oxxo, siempre habían tenido una gran atención y un gran surtido de productos. Ojalá manden al cajero a un curso de atención a clientes.
Terrible service today at 7:30 p.m. when I went to pay at the checkout, one of the employees, to whom I rudely commented that the product I passed was on sale, told me: well, what it says on the signs is not always correct.
