Puesto que no tienen conocimiento de lo que venden ni como funciona hoy realice una compra de un celular y no me lo quisieron probar antes de comprar por eso les pregunte que si tenia garantía , cuando lo probé no servía y ahora que fui a reportar llevando el ticket y el celular completamente como me lo habían dado , me dijeron que no se realizan cambios ni reembolso.
DISABLED AND INEFFICIENT STAFF
Since they have no knowledge of what they sell or how it works today, I made a purchase of a cell phone and they did not want to try it before buying, so I asked them if it had a guarantee, when I tried it it was useless and now that I went to report carrying the Ticket and cell phone completely as they had given me, they told me that no changes or refunds are made.
