★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estrella es mucho para la actitud que tienen algunas cajeras, hoy fui en la mañana y la señora cajera súper de malas, había una señora ya grande queriendo retirar dinero que le habían mandado de EU y la incompetente trabajadora le decía que ella no hacía esos movimientos en el sistema, hasta le decía de mala gana “venga cuando termine mi turno”.
Personas así deberían trabajar en otro lado, no en atención al cliente, pésima su actitud, definitivamente no regresaremos a comprar ahí. Y si van a mandar dinero, definitivamente esta no es la sucursal indicada.
A star is very much for the attitude that some cashiers have, today I went in the morning and the super cashier lady, there was a large lady wanting to withdraw money that had been sent to her from the US and the incompetent worker told her that she did not do those movements in the system, I even said reluctantly "come when I finish my shift".
People like that should work elsewhere, not in customer service, bad attitude, we will definitely not return to buy there. And if they are going to send money, this is definitely not the indicated branch.
