★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que voy me tratan groseramente. Espero vean los dueños del Oxxo tanta queja y hagan algo. nunca tienen cambio. Porque siempre escogen a gente tan horrible en todos los sentidos. O están amargados porque no les pagan bien. Sin empleados y por lo tanto tienen que atender excelente a sus clientes.
Whenever I go they treat me rudely. I hope the Oxxo owners see so much complaint and do something. They never have change. Because they always choose people so horrible in every way. Or they are bitter because they do not pay well. Without employees and therefore have to serve their customers excellently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera de nombre Michelle peralta me dió un billete falso de 500 en un retiro que hice, me di cuenta momentos después porque era noche y al haber mucha gente en la tienda me salí, así que no revisé el billete ya que ella me lo dió enrollado en el ticket. Cuándo intenté pagar en una tienda a unas calles me dijeron que es falso, y al regresar a reclamar no quiso dar ni siquiera su nombre (otra persona que la conoce me lo proporcionó), no traía gafete de identificación (se lo quitó) e incluso se estaba riendo mientras nosotros esperábamos una resolución
Llamamos a la patrulla y al final no nos cambiaron el billete.
Revisen por favor el dinero que les dan en esa sucursal, sobre todo si está esta cajera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cualquier Oxxo, eso sí es un poco pequeño. Ya sabes siempre hay más gente pagando, haciendo depósitos o recargas de celular que comprando mercancia así que parece más banco que Oxxo y eso hace que se haga fila y se tarden ?. Recomiendo que pagues con TDC por qué el cambio también es un tema, a veces no tienen.
Like any Oxxo, that is a bit small. You know there are always more people paying, making deposits or cell phone recharges than buying merchandise, so it looks like more of a bank than Oxxo and that makes them queue up and delay ?. I recommend that you pay with TDC because the change is also an issue, sometimes they do not have.
