★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, pero les falla mucho la terminal de tarjetas, en varias ocasiones me he obligado a no comprar porque no porto efectivo.
Good service, but the card terminal fails them a lot, on several occasions I have forced myself not to buy because I do not carry cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quice hacer un depósito a la tarjeta Banamex alrededor de la 1 pm y el Sr. que estaba en caja me pidió que me cambiara de caja para hacerlo siendo q no había nadie mas en ese momento detrás de mi, ni nadie atendiendo en la otra caja, yo no quince hacerlo y le pedí que me atendiera no quizo hacerlo, por supuesto q le reclame el porque no lo hacia...yo creo q no sabía el procedimiento para hacerlo, puesto q no hayo ningún otra explicación, mas q decir q "las cosas se hacen como yo quiero, porque yo cobro"...una buena capacitación le hace falta.

1. UBICACIÓN BUENA SITUADO SOBRE LA AVENIDA TERRANOVA A UNA CUADRA DE AVENIDA MÉXICO.
2. ESTACIONAMIENTO APTO PARA EL LAPSO DE TIEMPO QUE UNO LO VISITA.
3. PERSONAL MUY SERVICIAL.
4. INSTALACIONES MUY LIMPIAS Y AMPLIAS.
5. ENCUENTRAS LO BÁSICO Y COSAS NUEVAS QUE NO VERÁS EN OTRO LUGAR.
PUNTOS MALOS:
1. FALTA MÁS ORDEN EN EL ACOMODO DE SUS PRODUCTOS.
2. FALTA MÁS COMPETENCIA EN SUS PRODUCTOS YA QUE SOLO TIENE DE UNA MARCA Y NO DE 2 O 3 PARA PODER COMPARAR Y LLEVAR LO QUE MEJOR CONVENGA.
GOOD POINTS:
1. GOOD LOCATION SITUATED ON THE NEWFOUNDLAND AVENUE TO ONE BLOCK OF AVENUE MEXICO.
2. PARKING SUITABLE FOR THE LAPSO OF TIME THAT ONE VISITS YOU.
3. VERY SERVICEABLE PERSONNEL.
4. VERY CLEAN AND WIDE INSTALLATIONS.
5. YOU FIND THE BASIC AND NEW THINGS THAT YOU WILL NOT SEE IN ANOTHER PLACE.
BAD POINTS:
1. LACK MORE ORDER IN THE ACCOMMODATION OF YOUR PRODUCTS.
2. LACK MORE COMPETENCE IN YOUR PRODUCTS AS YOU ONLY HAVE A BRAND AND NOT 2 OR 3 TO BE ABLE TO COMPARE AND BRING WHAT BETTER AGREES.
