Cuando voy a otro oxxo pasando la calle y dicen que todo el sistema está bien o es la tienda o es el empleado que no está capacitado. Diario es lo mismo páramo que el supervisor de Sonia debería ir a checar eso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo OXXO, el peor OXXO que he visto en mi vida, y sobre todo es por la gente que está a cargo, para nada siguen los lineamientos que tiene un OXXO, más bien parece tiendita de la esquina.
Van 3 ocaciones que entro por un producto, ya sea agua, refresco o jugo y en todas tienen marcado un precio en estante pero en caja cobran otro más caro y no respetan el precio anunciado; eso es una falta de derecho y respeto al cliente, hasta parece que lo hacen con intensión para creas que cuesta menos y a la hora de pagar en caja pues por dos pesos lo paga uno de más.
Poor OXXO, the worst OXXO I've seen in my life, and especially because of the people who are in charge, they do not follow the guidelines that an OXXO has, rather it looks like a little store on the corner.
There are 3 times that I go for a product, be it water, soda or juice and all have a marked shelf price but in cash they charge another more expensive and do not respect the advertised price; that is a lack of right and respect to the client, until it seems that they do it intensely to believe that it costs less and when paying in cash because for two pesos it pays one more.
