★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en todas las tiendas OXXO la atención depende de el humor de la persona que te atiende, pero en general la de Alhelí es buena.
Como recomendación siempre, SIEMPRE revisen la caducidad del producto que se llevan a casa, en especial si son alimentos preparados o lácteos.
As in all OXXO stores, attention depends on the mood of the person who attends you, but in general, Alhelí's is good.
As a recommendation always, ALWAYS check the expiration of the product they take home, especially if they are prepared food or dairy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia al respecto de dicha tienda es terrible ! No sé lo deseo a nadie , los empleados groceros incompetentes , la encargada por igual . Me robaron un depósito , me amenazaron con traer a la policía municipal, por el solo hecho de exigir mi dinero . Deplorable no vallan si no existe necesidad , existen muchas tiendas más con mejor personal capacitado.
My experience with this store is terrible! I don't know I wish it on anyone, the incompetent rude employees, the manager alike. They stole a deposit from me, they threatened to bring in the municipal police, just for the sake of demanding my money. Regrettably do not go if there is no need, there are many more stores with better trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,hace aproximadamente mes y medio solicite a la demostradora en turno una tarjeta saldazo y me dijo que no podía vendermela pues no contaba con la activación situación que se me hace ilógica pues en cualquier Oxxo deben contar con el servicio y el viernes 24 de julio solicite un retiro de $2000 y no quisieron darme solo $1000( cantidad con la cual no cubría mis necesidades que en ese momento tenía)tanto la señorita que me atendió (Erika León Osorio) como el encargado me levantaron la voz y retaron a reportarlos. Por favor si alguien ha sufrido algún mal trato por parte de algún trabajador de esa tienda Oxxo haga su reporte porque de no ser así estás personas seguirán siendo groseras. Espero respuesta. Gracias.
Terrible service, about a month and a half ago I asked the demonstrator in turn for a saldazo card and she told me that she could not sell it to me because she did not have the activation situation that is illogical to me because in any Oxxo they must have the service and on Friday the 24th of Julio requested a withdrawal of $ 2000 and they did not want to give me only $ 1000 (an amount that did not cover my needs that I had at that time), both the lady who attended me (Erika León Osorio) and the manager raised my voice and challenged me to report them.
