Siendo que en las gasolineras nunca cobran.
 I did not like it, since the staff does not attend well and adding that they charge the bathroom.
Being that gas stations never charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, deja mucho que desear su "atención", seguido no hay sistema o no saben cómo realizar depósitos y uno tiene que esperar hasta 30 Minutos o más en lo que entre cajeros se dan información. Quise realizar depósito a Banorte y no se pudo, me indicaron esperar, esperé, entró más gente, atendieron a varios, le pregunté al cajero que si ya podía hacer mi depósito y dijo "formese de nuevo", me formé, intentó hacer el depósito, no pudo. Por fin otro otra cajera, dijo "es que no hay sistema", finalmente pregunté o será el banco y respondió, qué banco es?, Banorte, mencionó "no hacemos depósitos a Banorte hace como 4 años o 3. Y se volteó a ver a su compañero y dijo "a poco no te dije"...mientras tanto ya tenía al menos 30 minutos en el Oxxo.
Y seguido sucede que en este Oxxo el servicio es malo, carácter poco amable de empleados, mal capacitados o no hay sistema o ni saben cómo hacer recargas o depósitos. Ojalá hagan algo para mejorar el servicio. Gracias
Terrible service, their "attention" leaves much to be desired, there is often no system or they do not know how to make deposits and one has to wait up to 30 minutes or more in which information is given between ATMs. I wanted to make a deposit to Banorte and it couldn't, they told me to wait, I waited, more people came in, they attended to several, I asked the cashier if I could make my deposit and he said "form again", I got trained, tried to make the deposit , could not. Finally another other teller said "is that there is no system", finally I asked or will it be the bank and answered, which bank is it? to his partner and he said "I didn't tell you a little bit" ... in the meantime he already had at least 30 minutes at the Oxxo.
And it often happens that in this Oxxo the service is bad, the employees are unfriendly, poorly trained or there is no system or they do not know how to make recharges or deposits. Hopefully they do something to improve the service. Thanks
