El cajero fue muy amable y paciente ya que fui a pagar un servicio a lo cual tarde un poco al buscar el precio a pagar (0 dramas ). Mi inconveniente es en general de todos las tiendas Oxxo es que tienen años que siguen proporcionando el mismo número de empleados a pesar de que en estas tiendas ofrecen el pago de más de 100 servicios, vende más de 1000 productos diferentes, y hacen depósitos de hasta 5,000 pesos MXN. Cuando su caja les pide el retiro a los 4,000 MXN. Es demasiado para los 2 empleados que tienen por turno . Ni se diga cuando llegas a comprar y tienen inventarios que hacen los mismos empleados y solo tienen abierta una caja porque la otra está ocupada por un tip@ que es el inventarista . Y en ocasiones me ah tocado preguntar algo a supongo son los supervisores de tienda o asesor porque no llevan uniforme pero si un gafete, estos tienen una pésima actitud y aptitud para ayudar a un cliente encima le llaman la atención a los empleados de la tienda diciendo que no están haciendo su trabajo por preguntarle algo a ellos .

The cashier was very kind and patient as I went to pay for a service which took a while to find the price to pay (0 dramas). My drawback is in general of all Oxxo stores is that for years they continue to provide the same number of employees despite the fact that these stores offer payment for more than 100 services, sell more than 1000 different products, and make deposits of up to 5,000 MXN pesos. When your box asks you to withdraw at 4,000 MXN. It is too much for the 2 employees who have per shift. Not to mention when you get to buy and they have inventories made by the same employees and they only have one box open because the other is occupied by a tip @ who is the inventor. And sometimes I have had to ask something to I suppose they are the store supervisors or advisor because they do not wear a uniform but if a badge, they have a terrible attitude and aptitude to help a customer over they call the attention of the store employees saying that they are not doing their job by asking them something.
