★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca te respetan las promociones siempre te acaban robando cuidado cuando te cobren y vean que no lo marcan en su sistemas están robando la promoción siempre hacen eso por eso no lo registran y si les dices algo te salen con que no tienen su sistema
They never respect promotions, they always end up stealing you, be careful when they charge you and they see that they don't mark it in their systems, they are stealing the promotion, they always do that, that's why they don't register it, and if you tell them something, they say they don't have their system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal grosero y neófito, de verdad que es un martirio consumir o realizar algún pago o deposito. Ignoro si alguien de los que atienden son socios de oxxo, pero si pueden hacerlo en otro OXXO, SERIA LO MÁS SENSATO DE HACER.
Rude and neophyte staff, it really is a martyrdom to consume or make any payment or deposit. I don't know if any of those who attend are oxxo members, but if they can do it in another OXXO, IT WOULD BE THE MOST SENSIBLE THING TO DO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada que quiero comprar, está cerrado, se supone que son las 24 hrs y cuando asisto al lugar está cerrado. Y las dos chicas dicen que no hay servicio y se encierran en la bodega y se tardan más de 1 hora. Pésimo servicio.
Every time I want to buy, it's closed, it's supposed to be 24 hours and when I go to the place it's closed. And the two girls say that there is no service and they lock themselves in the cellar and it takes more than 1 hour. Terrible service.
