Ya los reporte en la página del oxxo . Espero tener respuesta
They don't ask you if you want to round. You ask them for the pennies and they answer in an annoying way. that they have already marked as a donation when the donation does not appear on the ticket. They always do the same to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio el actual administrador es muy transa van dos veces q paso hacer recargas en la noche por ventanilla y le digo el número y según se equivoca y pone mal la recarga luego el mismo dice q se equivoco pero q no puede hacer nada q me pone la mitad si quiero para volver a hacerla la primera vez pensé q era error pe ya dos veces
Terrible service, the current administrator is very transactional, they go twice that I happen to recharge at night at the window and I tell him the number and according to what he makes a mistake and puts the recharge wrong then he says that he is wrong but that he can not do anything that makes me half if I want to do it again the first time I thought it was a mistake but twice already
