Se equivocan en colocar las mezclas en las maquinas de café por lo que sale otro sabor al que quieres o puedes consumir (como el de sin azucar para diabeticos) y niegan el error haciéndote pagar el café. Ya son años con esta mala actitud y atención.
Bad service and attention from employees. They are wrong in placing the mixtures in the coffee machines so that another flavor comes out to the one you want or can consume (such as without sugar for diabetics) and they deny the error by making you pay for the coffee. It's been years with this bad attitude and attention.

Deficiente para recoger compras que realicé en Amazon.com.mx y no registran la recepción.
Cuando fui a recogerla no habían registrado la recepción en su sistema y a pesar de haberlas registrado no pudieron entregarme mis dos compras porque su sistema marca error en la entrega. Lo peor es que direcxioné una tercera compra al mismo lugar.
En servicio Al cliente de Amazon ya tienen registro que lo entregaron en Oxxo.
The site as a store and for making deposits and receiving payments is excellent.
Poor to pick up purchases I made on Amazon.com and they don't record receipt.
When I went to pick it up, they had not registered the receipt in their system and despite having registered them they could not deliver my two purchases because their system indicates an error in the delivery. The worst thing is that I directed a third purchase to the same place.
In Amazon customer service they already have a record that they delivered it to Oxxo.
