★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo el concepto de Oxxo en general. Pero por mucho hoy fue la PEOR experiencia de la vida en un Oxxo, la atención prepotente y completamente fuera de lugar. Pregunte por un producto y el muchacho que estaba atendiendo me dio la espalda y me grito horrible. Cabe destacar que literalmente solo entre y pregunte nada más hize eso y me grito.
Estaría muy bien si trabajaran mejor en la atención al cliente del personal. Una capacitación no vendría nada mal.
En definitivo que horror de experiencia.
I love the Oxxo concept in general. But by far today was the WORST experience of life in an Oxxo, the arrogant attention and completely out of place. I asked for a product and the boy who was serving me turned his back on me and yelled at me horribly. It should be noted that I literally just walked in and asked nothing else I did that and yelled at myself.
It would be great if they worked better on customer service from the staff. Training wouldn't hurt.
In short, what a horror experience.
